On February 22, 2018, after being targeted, I was illegally fired by AARP for being gay.

On March 15, 2024, 6+ years later, with a unanimous decision by a jury of 8,

I WON MY LAWSUIT AGAINST AARP!!!!

On January 7th, 2026 AARP's FINAL appeal will be before the DC Court of Appeals. They will stand there and argue, as they have during trial and in both their appeals, that no one told me I was fired because I am gay in writing or verbally. It seems when AARP is standing up for Age Discrimination even in US Supreme Court, they have a VERY different view of this argument.  They argue that a "smoking gun" admission is not needed.  WOW, when litigating against others AARP says they don't need it and in my case they said because it didn't happen, it isn't discrimination.

AARP's days of "fighting" discrimination are done. They decided on this vendetta and it will hurt them for a long, long, LONG time. They chose to do this, they chose to continue the litigation. they stole 8 years of my life through their continued discrimination and victimization. I have been able to fight a billion dollar organization that has (allegedly) spent $11.7M through the end of 2024. They have used everything they have against me and they still lost.

I will post the link for the hearing which begins 9:30 on 1.7.26.  I hope that you join and listen to AARP stand before the DC Court of Appeals and argue the opposite of what they have argued for years trying to hide their proven discrimination.

If you are an AARP employee or member, know this is the REAL AARP!
