AARP called my straight employee Mr. Andrew Herd as a witness during trial, to be clear, he was a witness for the defense. The below testimony was during AARP's questioning their witness - so they wanted the jury to know this information. Mr. Herd was NOT fired for attending the Allstate Sugar Bowl, he was given a slap on the wrist, allowed to keep his job and later promoted to Director. It’s great to be straight at AARP! What is interesting, and we learned for the first time that day on March 11th, 2024 - Mr. Herd had met with HR MULTIPLE TIMES! (We didn’t receive any documentation of Mr. Herd and Mr. Loizzi meeting during discovery- did AARP hide evidence?!?). I met with Ethics Compliance Office ONCE on January 31st, 2018 and NEVER MET WITH HR!!!! This is testimony during his examination on the stand from AARP's lawyer - so it has to be 100% true- well he is straight so at AARP that means whatever you say is true, only gay men lie.

I have a vitally important question for you Mr. Michael Loizzi (the alleged gay man) - "Why did you NOT meet with me one time during the investigation, BUT you met with my employee Mr. Andrew Herd, who was also being investigated, multiple times?"

Two more things: 1. Why did Mr. Easley not speak with Mr. Flanagan about Mr. Herd, who was being investigated for attending the Sugar Bowl as well, but just about me?

So, the straight man, who we showed during trial was helping HR and ECO was not a topic of discussion with the CEO, just me the gay man that they were targeting - proven in my court win.

Also, Mr. Herd received his incentive and bonus. I would alleged this was his reward for helping them target me and also try to normalize his not being terminated. It makes me wonder who made the recommendation that he get his raise and bonus that year?!? A year he was also investigated for doing exactly the same thing as me, but I am gay. . . .I was fired he got his raise, bonus and eventually promotion.

I alledge AARP was so sloppy because no one has ever truly been able to fight them. They are a multi-billion dollar organization. I am the only one who was able to go all the way to court and I won. What sorta shocks me, the new leadership wants to continue this sh*tshow hoping they will find a technicality to get TWO Appellate court judges to rule their way. Its not going to happen. All they are doing is racking up those legal bills and interest. Where else could that money go?

Finally, Mr. Loizzi the (alleged) gay man went along with it all (if you have read my posts you will recall Mr. Michael Loizzi received a promotion 8 months before trial - the post with more info is below - its worth a read). This testimony also didn't help them as once again it showed the discrimination - there is a set of rules for straight people and another set for gay. Remember, I was able to PROVE my discrimination in court and won my lawsuit against my discriminator AARP.
