I took the time to screenshot every single thing that happened in DC Superior Court for the last 7.5 years. PLEASE NOTE: These pages do not include the litigation in Porland, OR where AARP tried to block us deposing the other gay man they fired and then had to settle with out of court. We won that lawsuit as well. We have always won!

My discrimination began 8 years ago with two anonymous notes left in an HR box on or around January 7, 2018. It is almost poetic that the final hearing is on this date.

It is unfortunate that a non-profit like AARP would go to these lengths. Almost all the entries on these pages is AARP trying to get the case dismissed. In 2019, when all the provided discovery evidence showed I did nothing different from my straight co-workers, they could/should have ended the litigation. They CHOSE not to. They CHOSE every step of this. Their final reward, CASE LAW forever letting the world know that AARP discriminates. That is not going away and will help other victims of discrimination.

After Wednesday, there is no settling. I will happily be waiting for the written verdict from the DC Court of Appeals. AARP you asked for it and you are going to get it.

You can go here and download any of these documents to read for yourself. They are all public.

AARP Discriminates. AARP has used its vast tax-free wealth to try to hide their discrimination. AARP WILL LOSE!
