Here are some facts about why I knew I was discriminated against as I worked at AARP for 11 years and knew what people did and did not do. There were two comparators, both straight men, both given the courtesy to be believed when they were interviewed, when I the gay man was a liar. Here is a comparison chart of one of these straight man and me.

HERE ARE THE RECEIPTS:

41 Violations

This straight man was asked to pay back $5,239.00 he improperly expensed.

The straight man added time to his business trip, but it was fine for him, it didn't make it personal:

This straight man attended Billy Joel concert paid for by CHASE an AARP Partner, he traveled to New York City on AARP's dime and the reason was the concert - no formal meeting:

Tickets from the AARP Agency Eicoff to attend Bruce Springsteen, also for both this and Billy Joel - Mr. Flanagan was CEO and Mr. Flanagan didn't fire this straight man:

And AARP CFO, the STRAIGHT Mr. Scott Frisch, who I want to thank for this moment in court as you confirmed for the jury how straight people are treated vs. the gay ones, gave this other straight man a clean slate.

Mr. Frisch on the stand:

ITS GOOD TO BE STRAIGHT AT AARP, F*CK the GAY MAN
