AARP's argument at trial was because I was not told I was discriminated against, it wasn't discrimination. . . .

During her closing argument in DC Superior Court, AARP's lead attorney arguing on their behalf gave us insight into AARP’s view on discrimination. She stated very matter of factly, that there was no documentation and no one told me I was being fired because I am gay, so I wasn’t discriminated against (see image below). WOW! So, AARP's argument is unless you're told you are being discriminated against, it didn't happen. Amazing that AARP says they fight discrimination, but apparently one has to be told they were discriminated against in order for it to be discrimination. Anyone in a discrimination lawsuit with AARP or AARP Foundation please take note, this is their lead attorney giving the world a glimpse into AARP and their stance on discrimination. Hard to argue the other side now, isn't it?!?

Jo Ann, Scott, Myechia, and Claire - is this really how AARP and AARP Foundation plan to fight discrimination as both say they do?!? What a joke!!!  Have any of you thought of the long term repurcussions of the arguments, filings and evasion that you have done will affect AARP's ability to litigate and take others to court? I see the lawsuit that you launched against Raytheon/RTX less than 3 months after it was proven you are a discriminator. Are you trying to hide that fact?!? When you are a discriminator, how can you point to someone else's discrimination. Hypocryte much?

Jo Ann and Scott - this is your vendetta approved, continued for 7 years and paid for with your knowledge and approval. Why? I literally have no idea, but I will spend the rest of my life letting people know the REAL AARP and how you discrimianted against and illegally fired me.
